I purchased both books Lord Of My Land and The Solution as eBooks and I will also be purchasing hardcopies. This book is a great guide for people of all races not to mention the underpriviledged person in poverty who doesn't have any financial literacy period this book puts it in lamense terms and breaks every aspect of homebuying down. This is a Step By Step informative easy to read and comprehend book for anyone even children. I will be passing this book on to my goddaughter who is 16 and will eventually be looking into homeownership instead of renting and continuing to purchase liabilities (shoes, clothes, vehicles, etc.) thanks to Mr. Jay Morrison "Mr. Real Estate".
